In my naive time when I trusted spokespersons from the department of health, the assumption was that evidence based medicine met that criteria. On my day of enlightenment I asked: Is their self proclaimed trustworthiness genuine, or are they all a party to a great and terrible deception?
At the worst of the AMA boycott’s disinformation program I heard medical practitioners pose as expert in matters chiropractic. These charlatans had neither attended a chiropractic college nor spent adequate time in a chiropractor’s practice to gain expertise.
I once believed the PR statement, first do no harm. Then I read the medical literature implying that the medical profession appears to be by far the most dangerous profession. Evidence based medicine never publically evidences the true full nationwide extent of medical harm.
Australia's 1977 Webb Report noted the following sequence of events; the majority of new patients attending chiropractors shared a history of failed medical treatment, later they sought chiropractic care for the same disorder. Quoting Webb “, the majority of whom report high levels of satisfaction with treatment they received.”
Both medical literature re iatrogenesis and the Webb sequence are in the public domain. ‘Trustworthy’ people knowingly discourage a population from accessing appropriate comparatively safer care for subluxation related disorders while exposing them to inappropriate medical treatment with its secret risk of harm of epidemic magnitude.
In my naïve time, I believed that once they knew of this great wrongdoing that most of the chiropractors, their patients and CAA, (the chiropractors’ association) would confront these wrongdoers, demanding publication of accurate data re iatrogenesis, an end to containment and access to chiropractic care within public health.
In our practice, well informed patients have signed petitions, sent letters, created a vide for an MP and met with MPs.
Confronting these wrongdoers is as simple as emailing a local MP to ask: Why does your party support containment and why is it totally silent about the true extent of iatrogenesis? For background information go to
